LEAD PASTOR
Derek has a heart for expressing the profound grace and love of Christ available to all people, regardless of who they are or where they come from. He loves to walk alongside people and encourage them to see how much God delights in them. He enjoys running, biking, hunting, being on the lake, and adventuring with his wife, Megan, and their son Ellis and daughter Parker.
Riley Loukinen
YOUTH PASTOR
Riley loves to hang out with students and build a relationship with them as they navigate whatever their world might look like and throw at them. He desires to see all students in St. Francis see their potential and develop life-giving relationships with others and, more importantly, with God. When not with students, he loves playing and watching sports of all kinds and is a die-hard Minnesota fan. You might also catch him binging a tv show or watching a great movie.
